As the Brand Ambassador you will leverage your interpersonal skills and energetic personality to engage and inspire our partners. The selected candidates will have a flexible part time schedule which will require some daytime hours as well as evenings and weekends.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Represent the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation in a professional manner
  • Make regular visits to partner locations throughout the course of the campaign
  • Share stories of impact and thank staff and management
  • Enthusiastically encourage and inspire staff to promote giving
  • Take photos/videos at partner events for use in social media, partner recognition pieces and marketing
  • Assist with the compilation of marketing materials for partner use
  • Daily reporting of activity and interactions using an app based program
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Some specialized skills required:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Willing to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends
  • Introductory knowledge of fundraising programs, including donor and event management practices an asset
  • Takes initiative and is able to work independently
  • the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities and situations. Is open, approachable, tactful and politically sensitive
  • effective writing and verbal communications

What we will accomplish at the end of the Internship:

  • Take photos/videos at partner events for use in social media, partner recognition pieces and marketing

  • Accurate and timely completion of daily reporting activity and interactions
