  • Perform duties to successfully carry out scheduled call blitz campaigns to increase participant registration numbers. 

  • Support communications associated with strategic calling and campaigns  

  • Become familiar with MS Society messaging and communicate using brand alignment whenever possible 

  •  Perform other duties as required

Ideal for someone with course work in:

  • Community Health Promotion
  • Event Management
  • Business Administration
  • Administrative Office Professional

Some specialized skills required:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality sensitive to private information, and issues of disability and diversity
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer services and stewardship skills
  • Ability to comfortably engage donors and potential doors via telephone and in person
  • Comfortable and confident when using the telephone

What we will accomplish at the end of the Internship:

  • Help to achieve the success of the event by supporting recruitment and fundraising initiative
  • Work with Walk Coordinator to perform other duties as required
  • Work closely with Walk team
  • Communicate MS Society messaging
  • Participate in recruitment call schedules
