Coordinate all aspects of events, duties include:

  • Coordinating the set-up of events including stocking bar, setting tables up, putting food out, decorating, etc.
  • Provide customer service to festival patrons (greet, answer questions, etc.)
  • Coordinate clean up after events including counting special events cash box from the Bar
  • Manage events and trouble shoot any problems that may arise
  • Help set up and tear down Festival site including the special events tent

Position starts June 10 and runs until July 17th, 2018 -  hours to be assigned by Special Events Coordinator and Managing Director.

Some specialized skills required:

  • Learn how a large Festival site works and how special events are executed in an outdoor venue (inside a tent)
