Finished your internship? Here’s how to claim your $1000 award from the Government of Alberta.
To claim your award, we need the following documents:
- End of Internship Declaration – submitted online by your internship supervisor indicating you have completed the deliverables listed in the letter of agreement.
- Award Payment Request – submitted online by you after your internship supervisor has submitted the End of Internship Declaration.
- Proof of Enrolment – submitted online by you. Can be uploaded at any time during your internship.
International students only: In addition to the three documents listed above, please provide a scan of your valid study permit.
These documents must be submitted online through your account on the SCiP website. Sign in to your SCiP account now!
Once we have received your three award application documents (or four in the case of international students) we will submit your award application with the next batch. An award application must be submitted 18 months from the beginning of that internship.
